METHOD OF FINISHED DESTRUCTION OF PYROLYSIS PRODUCTS OF SOLID HOUSEHOLD WASTE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C10B53/00 F23G5/27

Abstract RU 2644371 C1

FIELD: waste recycling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing solid household and other organic wastes, in particular, it can be used in households in burning of waste with guaranteed suppression of harmful substances, including dioxins, and utilization of the waste burning heat. Said result is achieved due destruction carried out according to the following scheme: at the input – solid household waste (SHW), and at the output – pyrolysis gas and mineralized products of pyrolysis of organic substances. Action of two physical processes is used: heating to a temperature of 400–600 °C and irradiation with an alternating magnetic field (AMF) of intensity H from 1⋅104 up to 5⋅106 A/m of sinusoidal form and a frequency of 40–80 Hz at two or three levels, depending on the volume of space in which SHW is heated and pyrolyzed. Residual destruction is carried out, an alternating magnetic field is used, wherein the field is formed in a source with the power from 60 to 300 kW. With residual destruction pyrolysis products are converted into aerosols. Electromagnetic activation of pyrolysis products with AMF allows to reduce the temperature in pyrolysis space from 900 °C to 400–600 °C and the temperature of residual destruction at the output to 600–700 °C. In this pyrolysis space, the formation of chemically resistant dioxins and/or other toxic substances is excluded, and at the output of the process mineral substances in the gaseous and solid state are formed.

EFFECT: result is a reduced energy consumption of the pyrolysis process, elimination of formation of dioxins, including in formation of slags with a chemical composition characteristic of minerals in the natural environment, and the possibility of using thermal energy for heat supply to consumers, as well as using pyrolysis gas for gas supply.
