SUBSTANCE: data transmission control device includes: a receiving unit configured to obtain the first interference information indicative of the first interference from data transmission in which a data transfer node not being a control objective participates and the second interference information indicative of the second interference from the transmission data, in which another data transfer node, which is the control objective, participates with respect to each of the data transmission nodes being the control objective; and a classification module configured to assign the data transmission nodes to the groups associated with the radio resource determination that the data transmission node can use information based on the first interference and the second interference information with respect to the data transmission nodes.

EFFECT: improving of data transfer of the data transmission node in which the radio resource is used, under conditions where there is interference from the data transmission in which the data transfer node is not the control objective, using a smaller amount of computation.
