FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method of adjusting errors in the measurement of technological parameter of the controlled chemical process comprises the following stages: identification of error component caused by factors of the stationary and dynamic state, determined by obtaining the sensor measurement in the system and identifying corresponding deviations in measurements; as well as identification of the error component caused by additional factors. In order to eliminate the corresponding errors, the measurement results are corrected. Technological process sensors are in data communication with the analyzer, and the analyzer is in data communication with the controller. The sensors receive unprocessed measurements of technological parameter, the analyzer adjusts sensor measurement errors, and the controller receives the adjusted measurement and, if the adjusted measurement is out of the predetermined allowed value range, controls the additive dosage for changing the measured value to a value within the allowed range.
EFFECT: method allows to combine automated measurements and measurements carried out by the operator, and therefore allows to optimize the accuracy of adjustments.
