FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: tubular body is obtained by cutting from the blank of the vessel synthetic prosthesis. Valve leaflets are formed from the film. The film is obtained by circular incision of the body wall. Incision is performed to a depth not exceeding 2/3 of the wall thickness, followed by peeling the outer wall part along the entire circumference by a distance equal to the ratio of the outer body diameter to 1.618. Peeling is carried out by a metal blade with a rounded working end with a thickness of 1/3-1/6 mm. The valve leaflets are finally shaped by turning the body inside out after attachment of the free edge of the film to the body surface by three separate sutures. Stitches are tied in the body lumen at an equal distance from each other.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to simplify the prosthesis manufacturing process, optimize the geometric shape of the prosthesis valve, reduce the risk of thrombosis and calcification.
