SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to renal medicine and urology, and can be used of malignant and benign cystic kidney formations differential diagnostics. Performing the kidney examination in the contrast-enhanced ultrasound regime with the "Sonovue" contrast substance intravenous administration. Evaluating the six ultrasound signs of malignancy: the accumulation of contrast substance in the vessels of the cystic formation capsule; accumulation of contrast substance in the vessels of cystic formation; accumulation of contrast substance in the vessels of a cystic formation solid component; increase in the contrast substance accumulation intensity in the components of cystic formation in comparison with the contrast substance accumulation intensity in unchanged parenchymatous tissue; acceleration of the contrast substance accumulation time in cystic formation in comparison with unchanged parenchymatous tissue; unevenness of the contrast substance accumulation in the components of cystic formation in comparison with the uniform accumulation in the unchanged parenchymatous tissue. In the presence of two or more signs, the cystic kidney formation is regarded as malignant.

EFFECT: method improves accuracy of the diagnostics by objectifying of the cystic kidney formation evaluation using the contrast substance.
