FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used to perforate small limb bones when fixing tendons and ligaments to the bone. Surgical prick comprises a handle and needle. Handle is detachable. End of the needle, opposite to the pointed, working end is flattened on both sides. Width of the flattened part does not exceed the size of the diameter of the needle, wherein the flattened end is provided with a through eyelet and is detachably installed in socket formed at the end of the handle, in shape and size corresponding to said end of the needle. Depth of the socket is sufficient to securely fix the needle therein.
EFFECT: technical result consists in facilitating the work of the surgeon, speeding up the operation process and reducing the traumatisation of tissues.
