FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radionuclide diagnostic agent composition based on technetium-99m labelled 1-thio-D-glucose and to a method for this agent production. The reagent for radionuclide diagnostics is a lyophilizate of an aqueous solution containing the following components in 1 ml of a solution: 1-thio-D-glucose in an amount of 2.5 mg, tin (II) chloride dihydrate in an amount of 0.175 mg, ascorbic acid in an amount of 0.5 mg. The method for production of a reagent for radionuclide diagnostics based on technetium-99m labelled 1-thio-D-glucose involves preparation of a reaction mixture consisting of a glucose derivative, a tin (II) chloride dihydrate, ascorbic acid in 1 ml of an aqueous solution, sterilization of the resulting solution, reagent lyophilization and sealing in a vial Mixture lyophilization is carried out without preliminary freezing in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention provides a more radiochemically pure radiopharmaceutical having a simpler formulation and a simpler method for manufacture.
