FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to obtain preparations for radionuclide diagnostics. A method of obtaining a reagent based on colloidal forms of aluminum for the manufacture of a radiopharmaceutical drug labeled with technetium-99m includes preparing a suspension of a colloidal form of aluminum by dissolving 1.5–3 mg of Al2O3 aluminum oxide powder with a particle diameter of 7–10 nm in 10 ml of a 0.005 M hydrochloric acid solution. 1 ml of the prepared suspension is placed into a separate vial and 0.1 ml of an aqueous solution of ascorbic acid with a concentration of 8–10 mg/ml, 0.01 ml of hydrochloric acid 0.02 M solution of tin dichloride dihydrate with a concentration of 4–8 mg/ml and 0.1 ml of an aqueous solution of gelatin with a concentration of 100 mg/ml are successively added as well. The resulting mixture is lyophilized with preliminary freezing at a temperature of minus 28–30°C and dried at a temperature of plus 25°C until completely dry. The vial is closed with a rubber stopper and an aluminum cap and sterilize with wet steam at a temperature of 120°C, pressure 120 kPa for 8 min. A method of manufacturing a technetium-99m labeled radiopharmaceutical is also proposed.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase the particle size and radiochemical purity of the drug, as well as its shelf life, reduce the number of processes of its preparation, thus ensuring sterility.
