SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is N,N-bis(2-(dialkylamino)ethyl)carboxamides and their dihydrochlorides of the general formula: , where when R=C6H5OCH2, and R1=CH3, then NR22=N(CH3)2 or NC5H10; when R=C6H5OCH2, and R1=C2H5, then NR22=N(C2H5)2, NC4H8, NC5H10 or NC4H8O; when R=2.4-Cl2C6H3OCH2, and R1=CH3, then NR22=N(CH3)2, NC4H8 or NC5H10; when R=2.4-Cl2C6H3OCH2, and R1=C2H5, then NR22=N(C2H5)2, NC4H8, NC5H10 or NC4H8O, with NC4H8 is pyrrolidino, NC5H10 is piperidino, NC4H8O is morpholino. The group of inventions includes a drug and a pharmaceutical composition, which contain compounds described previously as an active agent and have anti-arrhythmic activity.

EFFECT: expanded arsenal of drugs with low toxicity and high antiarrhythmic activity, promising for development of medicines on their basis for treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
