The parameters of the up mix are accepted. The first and the second signals are mixed to generate the left and right channels of the stereo signal. For frequencies below the first division frequencies, the mixing includes performing inverse sum-difference transform of the first and the second signals, and for frequencies above the first division frequency, the mixing contains the implementation of the parametric up-mixing of the said down-mix signal using the parameters of the up-mix.
