SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to embodiments of integrated bandage device for percutaneous devices or drug delivery devices. Device comprises a pad having an upper surface and a surface facing the wound. Device includes an adhesive dressing having an upper side and a side facing the wound. Side facing the wound has an adhesive layer, placed on it, and one or more gaskets attached to it. Pad contains a gap extending from the edge of the pad to the hole near the center of the pad. Pad contains a biologically active agent. Adhesive dressing is folded in half in orientation with the upper side to the upper side, forming a fold line. Wound side of the adhesive bandage is divided by a folding line into at least two parts. Each part has a gasket attached to it. One of gaskets attached to the side of adhesive bandage facing the wound, contains a slot on the fold line, revealing the area of the adhesive layer placed on the adhesive bandage. Part of the upper surface of the cushion, not embracing the slit, is attached to the side facing the wound of the adhesive dressing in the region of the adhesive layer disposed on the adhesive dressing with an open cut. In second variant, the adhesive bandage is folded in half in the orientation of the wound facing side toward the wound facing side, forming a second crease line.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement in convenience and sterility of use of the bandage with percutaneous devices.
