FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of production of instant coffee drink is performed in the following way. Coffee beans are powdered producing the primary powdered coffee product. The coffee beans are ground to produce the secondary ground coffee product and extracted to produce extracted coffee product and coffee grounds. The first portion of the primary powdered coffee product is mixed with the extracted coffee product to produce the primary coffee mixture, which is dried. The milk component, the second portion of the primary powdered coffee product and dried coffee mixture are mixed. A version of the method is implemented in the following way. Coffee beans are powdered to produce the primary powdered coffee product. The coffee beans are ground to produce the secondary ground coffee product and extracted to produce extracted coffee product and coffee grounds. The first portion of the primary powdered coffee product is mixed with the extracted coffee product to produce the primary coffee mixture, which is then dried. The sugar component, the second portion of the primary powdered coffee product and dried coffee mixture are mixed.

EFFECT: production of a drink with improvement of flavour and aroma.
