Capsulotomy of the anterior-external segment with the smooth banana-shaped knife is performed, with the formation of incisions, which are located in the staggered manner and perpendicular to the fibers of the joint capsule.
EFFECT: method allows for the even relaxation of the anterior-external capsule of the joint, improvement of intraarticular visualization, and reduction of traumatism.
