FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used during steel electrosmelting in arc furnaces. Facility contains two-layered oxygen lance, allowing two rows of nozzles for delivery of oxygen for converting and after-burning of carbon oxide over the bath. In the central part of tuyere body it is located screw device with duct for feeding of metallised pellet and oxygen in to the area of this pellet falling into the bath. Screw device is implemented as revolving inside the tuyere body, ensured by implementation of metallised pellet feeding into the bath with required consumption depending on its melting rate and metal bath temperature.
EFFECT: high melting rate of pellet, reducing of holding time of metal energised and consumption reducing of electricity for the process of steel electrosmelting, and also essential productivity improvement of aggregate.
