FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used for non-invasive determination of concentrations of hemoglobin and oxygen in blood. Biological tissue is irradiated alternately in any order by optical radiation of first wavelength range including a value of 700 nm, a second wavelength range including 880 nm, and a third wavelength band including 960 nm. Reception of a diffusely reflected optical fiber by a biological tissue is carried out, conversion of received optical radiation into an electrical signal. Concentration of hemoglobin in blood is determined based on value of sum of electrical signals obtained by irradiating biological tissue with optical radiation of first and second ranges, which is reduced by a value, determined by electrical signal obtained by irradiating a biological tissue with optical radiation of the third range. Oxygen concentration is determined based on difference value of electrical signals obtained by irradiating biological tissue with optical radiation of second and first ranges, which is reduced by a value determined by electrical signal obtained by irradiating a biological tissue with optical radiation of the third range.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides error reduction in determining concentrations of hemoglobin and oxygen due to presence of water in the biological tissue under study.
