FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers and nozzles used in the chemical and other industries. Proposed vortex nozzle contains a body with a nozzle arranged in it, which is made in the form of an inverted glass. In the bottom of the cup there is a turbulent swirler of liquid flow with at least two inputs inclined to the axis of the nozzle in the form of cylindrical holes located at the bottom of the nozzle. Also, a central cylindrical throttle hole is provided at the bottom of the nozzle, connected to the mixing chamber of the nozzle and in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber. In the lower part of the nozzle, a divider is attached to the end surface of the cylindrical sleeve by means of two spokes, made in the form of a perforated disk. Convex part of the disk looks towards the diffuser output chamber. Between the diffuser outlet chamber and the divider there is a sprinkler fixed to an axis perpendicular to the nozzle axis, which is rigidly connected to the spokes. Said sprinkler is made in the form of a spherical shell fixed on an axis that is rigidly connected to the spokes with the possibility of rotation.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the spraying efficiency of liquid.
