FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: expression plasmid lentiviral vector for heterological expression of human CD44 recombinant protein in mammalian cells is proposed. The proposed vector contains a sequence of the CD44 receptor extracellular domain, a sequence encoding the peptide plot of recognition and cleavage by TEV protease, the red fluorescent tagRFP protein gene sequence, as a selective marker, located in the same reading frame under the control of the promotor region of human translation elongation factor 1 (EF1alpha) ensuring a high level of mRNA production.

EFFECT: proposed vector provides a highly-productive and stable system of CD44 protein expression in mammalian cells, namely, in HEK293 cells and can be used in biotechnology to obtain CD44 protein.
