FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plasmid lentiviral vector for heterologous expression of a recombinant human CD47 protein in mammalian cells. The vector contains a highly functional cytomegalovirus promoter (CMV), a CD47 receptor extracellular domain sequence, a TEV cysteine protease recognition sequence, a tagRFP fluorescent protein sequence acting as a selectable marker. All three sequences are in the same reading frame under the control of this promoter.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a highly productive and stable protein expression system for the further production of its purified form.
