SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for explosion protection of the process equipment in case of emergency situation (ES). Explosion-proof element of the explosion-proof valve with emergency warning system is made in the form of a pack of disc-shaped elastic elements movably based on guide rods and fixed on stop plate. Mentioned element comprises a circular base which is movably disposed on the rod by means of at least two pins. One end of the pin is fixed firmly to the stop plate. The other end of the pin enters with clearance into the hole made in the base, and is fixed by means of a nut. A cylindrical glass with a cavity and a hole through which the rod passes through the gap is rigidly and co-axially attached to the lower part of the base. The rod also moves inwardly inside the bushing installed in the lined cargo gate. The cavity of a cylindrical beaker is filled with a vibro-damping material of the polyurethane type with a stiffness less than that of a pack of disc-shaped elastic elements. A pack of disc-shaped elastic elements is located between the stop plate and the round base. On the external surface of the pin, co-axially and axially symmetrically, a bushing is installed from a rapidly disintegrating glass material of the "triplex" type. This sleeve performs a duplicating function of the "weak link" in the security system. The sensor is also attached to the bush in the form of a strain gage, which is part of the initial phase warning system.

EFFECT: increase the efficiency and reliability of technological equipment protection against explosions by providing more reliable and soft centering of the shutter relative to the discharge opening.
