FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrohydraulic nozzle of a diesel engine fuel system comprises a body 1 with a group of body parts 2, 3 in which high-pressure channels are provided, discharge channels, a sprayer with spraying holes and a needle placed in the sprayer, an end stop 12 of the needle and an electro-controlled valve 27. The nozzle has an additional outlet channel 21 from a control chamber 13, the outlet of which is combined with the outlet of the main outlet channel 16 and a channel 25 of a valve 27, and the inlet is opened at a small lift of the needle and is closed at large. Effect of the controllable bypass of the jet of the main discharge channel makes it possible to start the feed process quickly, but then slowly increase the rate of fuel fed into the cylinder. Thus, a broken front edge of the fuel injection properties is provided.
EFFECT: possibility to obtain compliance with ecological regulations on harmful emissions, reduce noise of diesel engine operation and load on its parts.
