SUBSTANCE: method for eliminating information redundancy between the data of a pair of digital images is proposed. According to the method, data of the pair of digital images is obtained as a set of pixels, a noise canceling filter is applied for each pixel from the previously processed image. For each pixel of the current image being processed, its prediction is calculated as the weighted sum of the filtered pixels from the previously processed image and the already processed pixels of the current image. The weighting factors are adaptively updated by using the method of their adaptation from the ALCM algorithm. The difference between each pixel and its prediction is calculated.

EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of technical means to eliminate information redundancy between the data of the pair of digital images.
