SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to the construction of a multilayer shield for protection against electromagnetic fields over a wide frequency range, and can be used to ensure electromagnetic compatibility of the blocks in electronic equipment complexes. Multilayer electromagnetic shield contains alternating electrically conductive copper layers and magnetic layers of nickel-iron alloy with an optimal combination of the number and thickness of magnetic and non-magnetic layers. One example of the practical implementation of the proposed screen design is the screening of the drive of the scanning unit of the video spectrometer, made when creating a multipurpose complex of scientific equipment for space research. Multilayer screens with the proposed characteristics provide effective electromagnetic protection in the low-frequency range of EMP, which is the technical result of the invention.

EFFECT: as practice shows, the use of these screens allows the joint operation of units and units with an unacceptable level of electromagnetic interference produced by them, provides the possibility of creating equipment from blocks with incompatible electrodynamic characteristics.
