SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for endometriopathy prediction, characterized by determination of the concentration of interleukin-6 (IL-6), glutathione peroxidase-1 (GTP 1) and soluble form of E-selectin in the menstrual blood sample and the coefficient of endometriopathy (P) is determined by formula: where a=0.0002782; b=0.0381529; c=-0.1205126; d=-1.1189533; e - exponent (constant)=2.7; X3 is the concentration of IL-6, pg/ml; X2 is the concentration of soluble formula E of selectin, ng/ml; X1 is the concentration of GTP 1, ng/ml; and with a value of Pe>0.29 the presence of endometriopathy is predicted.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and objectivity of assessment of the state of the endometrium in women with reproductive disorders.
