FIELD: medicine; sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine and is intended to determine the hereditary predisposition of a person to sports activities. Biological material is sampled, DNAs isolated, genotyping is done at loci ACE, PPPARGC1A, PPARGC1B, PPARG2, PPARA, PPARD, VDR, CALCR, VEGFA, GNB3, NOS3, AGT 704, AGT 521, IL6. Calculation of scores on the indicators: endurance, speed, strength, produced by the formula. Results obtained are compared with average overall scores for population.
EFFECT: invention provides effective way to determine the hereditary predisposition of a person to sports activity on the basis of molecular genetic testing.
