SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the risk of genital prolapse in women. Molecular genetic analysis of energy exchange gene polymorphism is performed PPARGC 1A Gly482Ser, PPARD A/G rs2016520, PPARA G2528C and the vitamin D receptor gene VDR Met1Thr, after which the study results are scored and substituted into the formula for calculating the prognostic index D. If D is equal to or more than 0, a high risk of genital prolapse is predicted. If D is less than 0, a low risk is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides higher information value and reliability of predicting the risk of genital prolapse by analyzing gene polymorphisms PPARGC 1A, PPARD, PPARA, and VDR.
