METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING EARLY MANIFESTATIONS OF BILIARY DYSKINESIA IN CHILDREN UNDER CONDITIONS OF BENZENE CONTAMINATION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G01N33/68 G01N33/58 C12Q1/6806 C12Q1/6827 C12Q1/686 C12Q1/6876 C12Q1/6883

Abstract RU 2821553 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to preventive medicine, human ecology and paediatrics, and can be used for diagnosing early manifestations of biliary dyskinesia in children under conditions of benzene contamination. If the content of benzene in the child's blood is 0.00064 mg/dm3 and more, if the level of IgG to benzene is not less than 1.3 times higher than norm of 0.0–0.1 standard units, if the level of cGMP is exceeded by at least 1.4 times in comparison with the upper limit of the norm equal to 39 pcmol/l, in the presence of the GG genotype of the ADD1 Gly460Trp (rs4961) gene, the CC genotype of the AGTR1 A1166C (rs5186) gene and the TC genotype of the NAT2 T341C (rs1801280) gene, child is diagnosed with developing biliary dyskinesia in conditions of benzene contamination.

EFFECT: method provides informative diagnostics of biliary dyskinesia in children under conditions of benzene contamination due to simultaneous determination of toxicological, laboratory and genetic markers.
