SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at treatment of parasitic invasions of animals. The use of a pharmaceutical composition containing fluralaner, afoxolaner, sarolaner or lotilaner, or their salts, or their solvates, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier containing diethylene glycol monoethyl ether and a polysorbate surfactant is proposed for obtaining a drug for administration through drinking water for the prevention or treatment of parasitic infestations of animals. Also disclosed is the use of the pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of parasitic infestations in animals after administration to animals through drinking water, therapeutic drinking water and a method for obtaining therapeutic drinking water.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective prevention and treatment of parasitic infestations in animals.
