SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, particularly to means of vibration measuring. Device comprises a receiver circuit, interface circuit and a driver circuit, containing a open-loop drive, analog input filters, digital-to-analog converter, phase detector, signal generator, analog output filters, vibratory element, containing piezoelectric crystal elements. First and second piezoelectric elements are adjacent to the first and second tines. Device also includes a vibration measuring signal amplifier, an drive signal amplifier, a digital-to-analog converter, an drive signal synthesizer, a digital signal processor, a codec. Measurement method involves measuring vibration, sampling the vibration signal, measuring the phase angle, comparing the measured phase angle with the target phase angle, determining the command frequency, generating a drive signal with a command frequency if the measured phase angle is equal to the target phase angle. Generating a mechanical vibration with the help of the received drive signal.
EFFECT: technical result is decreased instability in the drive control algorithm.
