FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system of drug delivery with a double core-shell structure, particularly to a double system of nanodrug delivery with an inner core-shell structure containing a poorly soluble camptothecin compound and a water soluble camptothecin compound and with an amphiphilic polymer shell, and to a method of manufacture thereof. Particles with a double core-shell structure produced in accordance with the present invention form very stable particles and demonstrate homogenous distribution of particle prior to and after lyophilization.
EFFECT: particles in accordance with the present invention demonstrate excellent results compared with existing single layered micella in animal efficiency test, and surface-active agents leading to hypersensitivity are not used therein, so application of the particles in accordance with the present invention may result in a pharmaceutical composition or a base for a system of drug delivery which is safe for the human body.
