FIELD: technology of water and air purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet dust collecting equipment. Device for cleaning air in a vibrating fluid bed containing a body, a nozzle for introducing a dusty gas and a branch pipe for discharging purified gas, reservoir with a liquid, a flushing nozzle and a slurry discharge pipe, a nozzle for introducing a dusty gas is made cylindrical, and in the upper layers of the liquid a vibrator is placed fixed to the body by means of an elastic perforated membrane, characterized in that on the inner surface of the body, with a clearance in relation to the cylindrical part of the nozzle for introducing dusty gas, an irrigation device in the form of a ring with nozzles arranged by its spray part towards the vibrator is fixed, each of the nozzles comprising a hollow cylindrical body with a throttle plate, connected to a cap nut to which a liquid flow divider is attached, wherein the liquid flow divider consists of coaxially arranged, perforated conical shells, the space between which is filled with a fine mesh, wherein the vertices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the throttle orifice, and in the lower part of the divider there is a cylindrical perforated segment fixed on perforated conical shells, where in the cylindrical perforated segment, fixed in the lower part of the divider on perforated conical shells, there is a flow swirler, made in the form of a spring.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust separation.
