FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Scrubber comprises a body including a conical, cylindrical part and a slurry tank, a nozzle for introducing a dusty gas, a nozzle for the discharge of purified gas, an irrigation device, which includes an external pipeline with lower and upper nozzles embedded into the body. Nozzles are made in the form of injectors. Nozzle contains a hollow cylindrical body with an orifice plate, connected to the union nut. Fluid flow divider is attached to the nut. Liquid flow divider consists of coaxially located punched conic feedwells the space between which is filled with fine-meshed grid. Apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the orifice plate. In the lower part of the divider a cylindrical perforated segment is fastened that is fixed on perforated conical shells. In the cylindrical perforated segment there is a swirler made in the form of a spring.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
