SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve construction, in particular to the axial flow control valves used in industrial pipeline fittings, and is designed to control and shut off fluids and gases working media. Straight-through control valve contains an outer and an inner case, inlet and outlet branch pipes with flanges, a flow divider made in the form of a perforated hollow cylinder, a locking device with a drive of translational motion in the form of a rack mechanism. Holes in the perforated hollow cylinder are arranged in circular rows, the distances between which increase in the course of the flow of the fluid in an exponential manner, and the holes have an elliptical shape. Big semi-axis of the holes is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the valve, and the outer edges of the holes are made with a rounding of a variable radius decreasing in the course of the flow of the liquid.

EFFECT: straight-through control valve has a relatively simple design that allows to reduce cavitation effects and increase the service life.
