FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: straight-flow control valve includes external and internal housings, inlet and outlet flanges, flow divider representing a perforated cylinder, coaxial to which there is a locking member connected to the rack-type actuator by means of a rod, an expansion bushing arranged in the outlet flange. Locking element is installed with possibility of rotation around its axis. End section of the rod is installed in the cavity of the internal housing by means of a bearing. Holes in the perforated cylinder and the locking member have the same shape and are arranged in circular rows. Distances between rows, distance to edge of outlet flange from nearest row of holes and angular pitch between centers of holes in perforated cylinder and locking member are identical. In the gap between the perforated cylinder and the locking member, between annular rows of holes there are ring seals, one part fixed in annular slots on the inner surface of the perforated cylinder, and the other – installed in annular slots on outer surface of the locking member with possibility of movement.
EFFECT: disclosed valve has a relatively simple design, which reduces turbulence and cavitation effects, as well as longer service life of the valve.
