FIELD: valves production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the valve production, in particular to the through flow control valves used in industrial pipeline fittings. Through flow control valve contains external and internal bodies, inlet and outlet flanges, a flow divider, which is a perforated cylinder, coaxial to which a locking member is connected, connected to the rack-and-pinion drive by means of a rod, located in the output flange expansion bushing. Locking member is pivotally mounted with possibility of rotation about its axis, wherein the rod end portion is mounted in the inner housing cavity with the help of a bearing, and in the outlet flange area the locking member rests on a cylindrical protrusion formed in the expansion bushing. On the rod surface and the rack-and-pinion drive, the engaged ring gears are made. Holes in the perforated cylinder and the locking member have the same shape, and are arranged in circular rows, wherein the distance between the rows, the distance to the output flange edge from the nearest row of holes and the angular pitch between the centers of the holes in the perforated cylinder and the locking member are the same.
EFFECT: invention is intended for adjustment and closing of the working media fluids and gases.
