SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to gyratory crusher. Assembly of upper pot of the gyratory crusher contains upper pot (100). Upper bowl of the gyratory crusher comprises annular wall (313). Annular wall extends around longitudinal axis (108). Annular wall terminates on the axially upper end of annular rim (103). Plurality of first support areas (112, 114) are provided on or protruded from the rim and spaced circumferentially about the axis to interact with plurality of second reference areas (112, 118). Plurality of second reference regions are spaced circumferentially about the axis and provided on or protrudes from the annular spacer ring (110). Annular separating ring is configured to be positioned radially within the annular wall. Annular spacer ring is made as a single unit. First and second support areas are adapted to be brought into contact with one another to allow the locking ring to rotationally lock about the axis relative to the upper cup. At least part of one of the first and / or second support regions extends radially with respect to the axis for connecting the upper pot and the ring.

EFFECT: strong and reliable locking mechanism is provided for axial and rotational fixation of the intermediate separating ring on the upper pot for use with specific geometries of the outer crushing body.
