FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a track clearer beam (6), which, by means of a mounting holder (7), is retained before the first wheelset (11) in the movement direction on the bogie frame (5) of the railway vehicle (1); the mounting holder (7) is formed by vertically located spring elements (8); each spring element (8) is fastened with its upper end (9) to the bogie frame (5), and with its lower end (10) to the track clearer beam (6). Wherein each spring element (8) has a tensile stress converter (2) located between the upper end (9) and the lower end (10) on the broad surface (12) of the spring element (8), and each tensile stress converter (2) is connected by the signal-conductive connection (13) to an onboard analytical processing unit (13).
EFFECT: possibility to determine the location, time and force of the collision.
