FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids equipment and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. This is achieved in that in a fine liquid atomiser comprising a hollow cylindrical body connected to a nozzle in which jets are formed in mutually perpendicular planes, the hollow body consists of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connection to the connector of a distributing pipe supplying a liquid, a conical transition part and a cylindrical part with a large diametrical section size and with an internal threaded surface, and coaxially with the body in its lower part a nozzle is attached, formed by the cylindrical surface with an external thread interacting with the cylindrical part of the body, the cylindrical surface of the nozzle passes into the conical surface and closes the end, perpendicular to the axis of the body, by a blind partition with a jet in its centre, made with an axisymmetric nozzle and consisting of a cylindrical and conical throttle openings connected in series, the larger diameter of the conical opening being located on the blind partition of the nozzle, the body and the nozzle forming three coaxial inner cylindrical chambers, and on the nozzle on the side opposite to the liquid supply there is an additional row of jets that are formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for passage of the liquid and horizontal channels that intersect on the conical side surface of the nozzle and form outlets of each of the jets, wherein the paired channels are at right angles to each other in the longitudinal planes of the body, and the conical side surface of the nozzle is made with a vertex angle of 90°.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of fine spraying efficiency.
