FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthodontic dentistry and is intended to be used as an orthopedic support or an additional support for regulating the direction of traction when moving teeth using an intraosseous dental or orthopedic implant and individually manufactured orthodontic abutment for orthodontic treatment. Orthodontic abutment is made in the form of a head with an axial through hole and an axial fixing screw, with orthopedic part of the cylindrical shape with a rectangular recess in the middle and a cross-shaped cutout on one side, with four through holes whose axes are perpendicular to the axis of the head, conical gingival part on the other side. Head is additionally made with four longitudinal rectangular grooves at the level of the orthopedic part, where removable part of a cylinder head with four longitudinal rectangular notches is additionally coaxially installed and four through threaded holes, the axes of which are perpendicular to the axis of the removable part of the head, with screws installed in them and an additional hexagon on the end of the gingival part.
EFFECT: invention allows to provide a reliable, non-traumatic initial fixation of various orthodontic devices for providing a combined 3D movement of teeth.
