FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous casting plants combined with rolling. Plant comprises: continuous casting device for manufacturing steel sheet, hot rolling mill connected to a continuous casting device and heat-extracting unit (300) connected to at least one of a continuous casting device and hot rolling mill. Extraction-heating unit (300) comprises heater (310) and puller (320) installed on both sides of the steel sheet and facing each other in the same position in the transport direction of the steel sheet, and performs a selectively executable step, including determining whether it is necessary to perform one of the operations including the heating operation or the extraction operation of portion of the steel plate and performing them in the same position on the way of moving the steel sheet.
EFFECT: decrease in the temperature losses during rolling is achieved by reducing the path of the steel sheet movement.
