SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and refers to the treatment of epicanthoplasty. For this, after dissection of the skin of the eyelid, the epicanthal ligament is extracted from the surrounding tissues and its intersection is performed. Plastic surgery ends with suturing the wound.
EFFECT: method allows to eliminate the epicanthal space and to increase the effectiveness of epicanthoplasty while reducing the traumatism of the intervention.
