FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Implant is placed on the edge of the inferior wall of the orbit, wherein the multispiral computed tomography of the facial skull is preliminary performed, 3D model and individual stereolithographic model are created on its basis, repeating topography of lower edge of orbit, its front and orbital surfaces. According to the model, an individual implant is made from a mixture of titanium powder "BT-6". Surgical approach is performed transconjunctivally with lower cantholysis, periosteum of anterior surface of lower edge of orbit is dissected and exposed, and implant is installed on it. Bone fixation is performed with the help of screws.
EFFECT: method provides reduced injuries of intervention.
