Technical result is achieved, in particular, due to connection of each subnetwork controller of hierarchical multilevel transport communication network with physical / logical control channels with at least network elements of two adjacent in hierarchy subnetworks hierarchical multilevel transport network.
EFFECT: reduced complexity and number of operations for optimization of a hierarchical multi-level transport communication network, as well as higher reliability of control level of a hierarchical multilevel transport communication network.
