SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fishing industry and can be used in the production of fodders for aquaculture. Method of fodder production for the cultivation of salmonids includes the portioning of fish raw materials into pieces, defrosting, drying of fish pieces, grinding the dried semi-finished product to the state of flour and vegetable raw materials, mixing components according to the recipe, adding fat to the mixture, granulation, cooling, impregnation with vitaminized fat, commodity registration and storage.
EFFECT: method provides for the drying of fish raw materials at low temperatures, which contributes to the preservation of valuable nutrients in the finished product and to an increase in the survival of salmon spawns.
