FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, specifically to a method for producing bioactive beverages. Method includes preparing berries followed by treatment thereof in a microwave field at a frequency of 2,400 + 50 MHz for 1.0–1.5 minutes. Then the fruits are sent to a dryer for drying. Drying process is carried out at a temperature of 60–65 °C for 9–10 hours to moisture content of the berries 7–8 %. Berries are then dried, ground to a powdery state and packaged in a suitable container.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of the finished product and provides more complete preservation of biologically active components and shortens duration of the process cycle.
