FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Disclosed is a method for production of a dry rosehip beverage, which includes a stage of washing and inspection of fruits, their cooling in a vacuum chamber to a temperature of minus 18–20 °C with medium pressure reduction to residual pressure of 0.2–0.3 kPa for 4–5 hours, milling frozen berries in a hammer crusher to particle size of 1–3 mm, drying the milled berries by ejection into a closed pipeline with an inner corrugated surface with a drying agent with temperature of 65 °C and packaging.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a dry rosehips beverage with high content of vitamin C and extended storage life.
