SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a vibratory system for corporal stimulation and a method for creating localized vibration in the user's body for corporal stimulation of cutaneous mechanoreceptors, relates to medical technology and is intended to stimulate mechanoreceptors. Vibration system for corporal stimulation contains support elements for supporting the body of the user, to support the occipital zone, lumbar zone, buttock zone, hand zone, popliteal zone and heel, and configured to contact the user's body in the reclining position with the support surfaces only in said areas. Support member for the occipital region is configured to contain, and each support member comprises appropriate vibrating device for transmitting the controlled vibration to the body by means of electronic monitoring device through program control. Method of creating localized vibration in the user's body for corporal stimulation of cutaneous mechanoreceptors by means of a vibrating system provides support of the body of the user only in the occipital region, lumbar region, buttock zone, hand zone, popliteal and heel zones, that user's body is in a reclining position and performs controlled vibrations of said support zones by adjustment, with the exception, in some cases, of the occipital zone, the frequency and amplitude of the controlled vibration.

EFFECT: inventions allow controlled vibration to be transmitted to the user's body to achieve stimulation of the central nervous system through the mechanoreceptor communication channel.
