FIELD: agriculture; mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, particularly to rotary work tool for surface tillage. Rotary working element comprises a disk with the needles placed on it, made of spring steel. End of each needle faces the center of the disc and is provided with an oblique cut at an angle α, not exceeding the value of the angle of friction of steel on the soil. Stem of the needle is pressed into the sleeve fixed to the disk and fixed to its periphery. Needle has a length providing an index of the kinematic regime in the range of 0.66–1.0.
EFFECT: such a constructive solution provides a reduction of the tillage energy consumption and simplification of the design of the rotary work tool.
