FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: rotary working member of the tillage tool contains a disk with needles made of spring steel. At the end of each needle facing the center of the disc, a knee is made at a right angle to its axis, which is inserted into the corresponding fixing hole of the disc, which has a drop-like shape, and their axes of symmetry are codirectional with axes of rods of needles connecting knees of needles with their working parts. At least 16+2n needles are fixed on each disk by volume clamps, where n=0 ;1; 2; 3; 4, with diameter from 8 to 16 mm, placed on both sides of the disk. On peripheral ends of needles there is one-sided sharpening with occipital angle of 16...24°. Peripheral sections of the needles have a length of at least 50 mm, with a total length of needle of 200 mm, and are bent from the radial direction through angle of 0 to 45°. On each disk with volumetric clamps the needles fixed in pairs are arranged in turn on each side of the disk. Working peripheral straight sections of one of the needles of the pair are additionally bent in the direction opposite to the direction of bending of the knee by an angle determined by the formula: , where dneedle is needle diameter, mm; l1 is the length of the peripheral straight section of the needle, mm. Diameter of the circle passing through the centers of the fixing drop-shaped holes for installing the knees of the needles is set by the relationship: , where d0 is diameter of circle passing through centers of fixing drop-shaped holes for installation of knees of needles, mm; k1 - safety factor of drop-shaped holes walls at collapse stresses, k1 = 2 − 2.5; z is the number of needles installed on the disk, pcs; dneedle is needle diameter, mm. Outer diameter of the disc is calculated by the expression: d1 = d0 + k2 (l2 − l1 · Cosβ), where d1 is the outer diameter of the disc, mm; k2 - coefficient taking into account the projection of the non-working straight section of the needle length beyond the outer diameter of the disc, k2 = 0.82; l2 is total needle length, mm.
