FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry. For this, the alveolus is treated and an artificial tooth made of hydroxyapatite is injected into it, the root of which is first applied with a layer of nutrient medium with cementoblasts. Above the layer of the nutrient medium with cementoblast, a layer of nutrient medium with fibroblasts is applied in such a way that they do not mix these cell layers. Thickening agent is added to the nutrient media. Between the layer of nutrient medium with cementoblasts and a layer of nutrient medium with fibroblasts, a resorbable membrane is placed and/or nutrient media with various densities are used. Method provides an increase in the affinity of an artificial tooth with biological tissues and an improvement in its survival, a decrease in the probability of bacterial multiplication in the tooth region and, as a consequence, the elimination of an unpleasant odor, the formation of a correct supporting tooth (bone-periodont-cement-root) and, as a consequence, an increase in the damping effect, an increase in the possibility of reparative processes, as well as reducing the time of treatment by decreasing the time interval from the moment of removal of the tooth to the moment of engraftment of the artificial tooth. After this, the tooth is fixed.
EFFECT: invention may be used to implant an artificial tooth.
