In this case, 10 minutes prior to extubation, the infusion of dexmeditomidine and local anesthetic is discontinued, 100 ml of paracetamol is injected intravenously. Intramuscularly injected non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and antispasmodic. Edges of the postoperative wound are infiltrated with a solution of a local anesthetic, and the calculation of the dose of the preparations is made on an ideal body weight. In a particular case, as a local anesthetic, lidocaine and/or procaine and/or naropin are used, and as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, diclofenac is used, as spasmolytics is drotaverine, and/or platifillin and/or no-shpu. EFFECT: method allows reduce the use of narcotic analgesics, reduce postoperative pain, perform early extubation of patients and early activation, reduce the number of postoperative pulmonary complications and the length of stay of patients in the hospital.
